The Syndicate ranks

Minion

A Minion is a new recruit serving a 30-day probation term.  If the PA leadership determines that the Minion is worthy of membership, they will promote the Minion to the rank of Hellion.  If the Minion does not meet the PA’s expectations they are will be terminated.

Hellion

A Hellion is the base rank of the Syndicate.

Executor

An Executor is the middle rank of the Syndicate.

Reaper

A Reaper is the highest rank of the Syndicate.

The Mercantile Conglomerate ranks

MerCon members are separated into two sections: Directive and Indirective, based on how they support the Syndicate.

MerCon uses a different ranking system than the Syndicate.  Rather than name ranks, MerCon members are assigned a class number based on their profession and skills.
